# Just aim for a Phd.
A sure fire way of ensuring you do absolutely fucking nothing productive for the most active years of your life ;)

# I thought about phd, but then thought against it
3+ years on the same project, I can barely manage 3 minutes on the same project

# I hear this everyday.

Edit: and I graduated last year!

# I didn't even go to Uni until I was 27
had a business and had done my service.

# I didn't go until I was 22

and travel next year for a bit - get a job and live abroad, preferably. Be good for you, lad!

# That is what I want to do
Alot of my friends are gonna do phds, some have jobs.

I dont want my life to be over yet...

# If you even have a slight interest in Japan
I can reccomend JET - it's one of the best international exchange programmes (or at leat it was 10 years ago!)

All you need is a degree and they give you a job, a house and a car out there if you're lucky.

# No, I have no interest in that area of the world
Ideally, scandinavia, the alps, the rockys, whistler...

But it shouldnt be too hard to find a job with a masters in Chemical Engineering

# aha!
Japanese skiing's OK. But the slopes are too crowded! ;)

edit: and no, you should get a job no probs...

# Thats why I listed those places, and the english there will be a lot better :D

# haha!
you might be surprised what you'll miss about this wanky country when you're abroad. It was always branston pickle and a decent cuppa for me!

And as long as there is meat, I'll be happy :D
