might depend on the bank - i use scotia and they're pretty online-friendly.cibc was a nightmare when i banked with them, but i think they all admit paypal now, too much demand for them not to.
i dealt a lot with TD last year for stuff, they seem like a good option too, but my small credit union (where my pay goes to) is the most progressive (and cheapest).
