My biggest complaint is that they decided not to put a store in the Plymouth/Exeter area,
on the dubious grounds that the south-west coast has no southern catchment area.

hmmmmover here (Germany) the max delivery fee is €79,
so I got about 700kg worth of furniture delivered at once :D (the poor guys who had to carry it all up to the 3rd floor!)

ikea.co.uk -- you can now order online and they deliverReasonable rates, and acceptable customer service in my limited experience. (Store-based deliveries may of course be cheaper if the store's near you. You have to go in person for that though.)
