The FAQ is lulleh and fluffeh, and sets a really nice welcoming tone. However, perhaps because at 8 pages it's quite a lot to wade through, all too many n00bs (and even old-timey lurkers) forget this or that detail, and get hoooge flamage. All a bit unfair, I think.
