Yeah I used to live there. The Brits are so shite with sun protection we have a higher rate here (and they have a huge ozone hole over the east coast).

has there been any extra government scholarships as economic stimulus
(there was here, the dole is more expensive) unfortunately it's more competitive at the moment because no-ones hiring, the best advice is just to apply everywhere.

Well im applying for jobs I dont want to do
and asking people about PhDs that will be useful for where I want to work, but I cant seem to find any actual ways to apply
