# It's an amino acid
and Aspartame contains a lot of it.
Diet drinks often contain it and it has to be clearly labelled because it can cause hyperactivity.
I cannot understand why it's not banned.
Mr Hedgehog from Hell probably knows more about it than I do because I only know about food labelling requirements, he's the pharmacist.

# I don't think it's harmful to most people
but some people have a genetic intolerance of it, which is why it must be labelled. Just like nuts.

# I have a feeling
based on nothing much than what my water tells me, is that it's bad stuff and one day will be banned.
Walkers Prawn Cocktail crisps contain it and if I eat just one of those, my lips go numb and swell which causes much hilarity when I talk.

# No
Coca cola contains sugar.
I don't drink any carbonated drinks as I don't like them.
I'm a water chick.
