this reminds me of a cartoon

where a kid finds a cute broken robot girl

and an associate of his rebuilds her and she's all nice and polite

BUT SHE'S AN UNSTOPPABLE MOTHERFUCKING KILLING MACHINE

that is something a kin to a name of an anime

but not one I've seen... also according to google Mr. J. Cameron is making it into an american hollywood type film affair in 2011.
