There really are some stupid people out there. I deliberately said no CVs, just a bit about themselves. Half could be got rid of straight away as they were just CV and I don't want to employ someone that cannot follow instructions. About another quarter could be dismissed as they seemed to think the time and days were to their suiting. IE: three hours a day seven days a week from 10am could mean starting at 5pm or just doing two hours a week on weekends.
This is the real reason they have no jobs. They're too knobbing stupid.
I setted for a Finnish lass with an art degree:P

People skim read job ads and paste a reply email, attach CV and press send.
I don't want those people so I ask for a short letter about themselves. I can tell just as much from that, it filters out the idiots and means I don't have to reas loads of CVs.
