/board is for stuff YOU made.(See item 8 on this handy checklist wot I wrote).
If it's just stuff you found, then -- perhaps -- it's okay on /links. (But seriously, if it's been emailed to you, by someone who got it in email, from someone else who emailed it to them, .... then most people have probably seen it already!)
