that sounds niceexcept for the beans. have you tried grated carrot with lime juice and black pepper? a simple yet delicious accompaniment to fish.

Sounds odd but goodThe wierdest thing I have roasted carrot in was olive oil and orange juice!!! (It works really well try it)
