Foot is pretty much fine now thank you :) Still getting the occasional twinge, but walking is fine. Now it is my broken tooth that hurts :D It is being pulled in the morning though.

Never heard of that before! That Swordfish Milanese sounds lush! I had a gorgeous piece of Swordfish at this little restaurant I go to in Javea in Spain last time I was there. It is an ace little seafood restaurant, right past the marina and basically at the bottom of a cliff looking out towards Ibiza. Unfortunately, they also do really nice Rosé wine too, which resulted in me falling over on the walk back to the apartment, spraining my wrist. I think I need to give up drinking :D
