They arnt THAT bad... it's the phone interviews asking competancy questions which can fuck right off

# I think I was lucky, just a simple online form then a single face to face interview.
But it seems that basic grade admin staff are having to go through a two stage interviewing process and all sorts. I'm not sure why it's more difficult for them.
