try this:
breakfast:
1 slice of toast, thinly buttered
cup of tea/coffe, substitute sweeteners for sugar
apple or orange
lunch:
1 egg, scrambled on 1 slice of thinly buttered toast
dinner:
1 medium bowl of soup*
1 slice of medium white bread.
this should help you drop a bit of weight if you really want to!
*soup is made by putting 1 ham hock, 3 tins of carrots and 1 bag of red lentils in a large pan of water, bringing to the boil, then simmering for 1 hour. take the hock ot, remove all fat, shred meat, put meat back into the soup and blend.
delicious!
