Ripened just right it is both sweet and sour itself, so makes a perfect addition so such a sauce as each tiny bite is like tasting the essence of sweet and sour heaven.

I love pineapple really. Just not on pizza.
They have this fab way of serving them in Vietnam, completely peeled and on a stick, like an ice cream. Absolutely gorgeous.
