thats not raw! its supposed to be ready pink in the middle for the taste....try it, you won´t go back!

When my wife and I were in France she asked for a well done steak at a small town bistro -the waiter almost had a fit! She settled for medium, but the waiter did finally explain how to order well done - just rap on the table - you want it cooked until it is as hard as wood...
(mine was a perfect medium rare, BTW.)
