before i ran it through tinypic to resize it (1.2mb D:)

how can i make that into a sensible size? the folder containing the frames only totaled 400k

Sometimes I get rid of every other frame,
Then I put it through Ulead which has a
good optimization wizard.

If you add "width="400" at the end of the "url" of the above, before the slash-end-bracket, you can size it back up. :)
