In the space of ten minutes.It's got so dark outside that the street lights have just come on. About thirty miles up wind from here, there's been hail more than 3cm across and it's heading this way. That'll be fun walking home later...

Aye, just a bit.They're already back in the UK, noshing on fish and chips and telling me about it in great detail while I clean the flat to hospital standards.
Oddly, it's now bright again outside. Someone left a window open when the storm hit and there was rain sprayed twenty feet into the lab. We just mopped several pints of water from around the IR machines - not bad for just a few seconds of the window being open...
