oooh, that pissed me off - I'm sure I saw a featurette where is shows switching betweent eh two, and the speech carrying over to the old version.I've not bothered with the episodic new games.

yeah but monkey island 2on the amiga ELEVEN DISKS! even with three floppy drives it was a pain in the arse!

I'm sorely tempted to get the special editionversion of the original for my iPod Touch. i quite like the updated graphics and voices can't be a bad thing
2 is epic though and I never quite could complete the final fight with LeChuck (the whole bones puzzle never worked for me)
