baked potato with tomato, mozzarella & fetaI resumed my diet this week, far too many meals out, takeaways, buffet food and cakes last week, I did get to wear a suit and drive a big Chelsea tractor though.

There are pictures of me, I'll have to get them from my parent's house thoughThe 3 tier cake had lots of marzipan, there was also a sponge cake with sickly sticky buttercream. There is lots of the 3 tier cake left, the catering decided they couldn't be bothered to cut it up. I had to drive 10 miles to the hotel where lots of the guests were staying to deliver their cake at 2am :S
