I resumed my diet this week, far too many meals out, takeaways, buffet food and cakes last week, I did get to wear a suit and drive a big Chelsea tractor though.

The 3 tier cake had lots of marzipan, there was also a sponge cake with sickly sticky buttercream. There is lots of the 3 tier cake left, the catering decided they couldn't be bothered to cut it up. I had to drive 10 miles to the hotel where lots of the guests were staying to deliver their cake at 2am :S

# Slightly long way round: you can use VirtualDub to export certain frames as images, then use your chosen animation program to import these images as frames

fed up of downloading and installing what should be fairly simple software only to get an unusable gif
