I've set it to no delay

and it's only 4 small frames ~120k but it seems stuttery

I say stuttery, I'm just trying to make something move really fast and it still looks like separate movements. I'll try chopping another frame I guess

set the frame rate to something like 0.07 as it will play better and smoother

especially as IE is bad at playing animation with a zero frame rate.
