Actuallythose would be the Talosians, most likely from the pilot episode that has Captain Pike in command of the Enterprise, before Kirk shows up once the series gets going.

Actuallythese would be star trek aliens, of the variety found by typing "star trek aliens" into google images.
It was either these guys or the guys painted black and white, but they looked kinda fun anyway.
