I disagree, if you limit it to one, then a lot more care and attention will be put into each squareand it won't get spammed with just lot's of the same persons things.
It'd be better to just try and find one persons thing on there, rather than look around and be 'oh there's person x, oh, and there's another one of person x's' etc...
