# What operating system are you using?
You can record from the sound card pretty easily if you have XP (stereo mix, as Jeru said) - if you have Vista you may have to do something else

# I'm fairly sure you can actually rip the video out of iPlayer in flv format fairly easily with some software
Probably easier than having to play through the whole thing on record.

/stereo version not showing up on the audacity version, but it's still comign down, which is nice :)
