I've got all of 3 mins tied up in finding, editing, and posting this pic. Cruising the whole board to see if anyone else has done it first could take an hour. I'd delete it if it was a repeat. Still takes less time than looking it up. Still all in good fun tho. :)

does anyone know the easiest way of recording music straight off the bbc iplayer?
I would like to keep a proms concert from last week, but am darned if I know how to go about getting a permanent copy of it - grr

It gives you the option of input method (as a guitarist I use linein) but I believe if you use one of the other options it takes the audio from erm windows or something.
Someone help me out here!

bear in mind I have NO technical knowledge of such matters, so it needs ot be idiotproof, and easy to do

You can record from the sound card pretty easily if you have XP (stereo mix, as Jeru said) - if you have Vista you may have to do something else

/stereo version not showing up on the audacity version, but it's still comign down, which is nice :)

Lets you record 'what you hear', i.e. what's coming out of your sound card. It's immensely idiot proof.
