My ex lived on like the outskirts bit past sainsburys and one of the parks and it was nice.

Plus there's some nice walks along the canal and Cannon Hill Park isn't too far away with all it's lovely furry Red Pandas and Lemmings and things.

I used to quite like the Goose but it's always rammed.
Again, you have to go to Harborne/Edgebaston for the nice pubs like The Plough and The White Swan
