absolutely we could all have 'perfect' teeth if we had thousands to waste on comestic surgerythis is more a sad indictment of American vanity than the state of British teeth and it's because so much of British Dentists model themselves on the American private dentistry rather than allow for more money for NHS dentistry so that everybody could afford to have healthy teeth.
