It's a simple program.
You just select the bits you don't want with the 'home' and 'end' buttons and press delete. Voilá!

Unfortunately, it crashes every time I try to open the original AVI file I want to extract from.
I think I'm going to have to convert the entire movie to JPG and just pick the frames I want.
