You can't increase the fidelity of something on DVD.
That's like saying you can take a 96kbps MP3 and scale it up to 320kbps. You can't.

I said you can upscale a DVD to HD (so it can be displayed on an HDTV). And his [generic female relative] is HD too.
Unless of course we're talking about the image enhancement software in CSI...
