They did an x-ray and it doesn't look punctured.I'm still in lots of pain though and can't lie down :-(
I've taken a variety of different pills that I found in various cupboards. So far alcohol seems to have helped the best though.

I've punctured it 3 times in the past whilst just sitting around doing nothing.It's quite common in lanky people.
