People did ask you before, you replied, you acknowledged it was big (though you didn't change the picture). Then you go and post a picture that's 600 fucking k (edit: got carried away there). Which isn't much but it's six times bigger than the guideline, which even with a liberal take on filesizes is just taking the fucking piss.
This would probably be 80k if you saved it as a GIF or an indexed PNG -- with no loss of quality whatosever. Leaving it as an absurdly large JPG is nothing more than sheer fucking laziness.
