My amount's too big for a small claims court (here: kantongerecht)A lawyer contacted me because he wants to represent me in the case, asking 1000 euros for it. But since it's going to be a bankruptcy case now, it's likely I won't see any money at all. So that'll mean I'll be out 1000 more if I go along with it.
