# when I first watched it with the wife
we put it on pause to get some grub just literally a second before the film changed gear

when we put it back on we thought it was the wrong film

that's pretty much how I felt when we watched Mulholland Drive.

# I was warned "careful, it's a bit of a head fuck".
I was annoyed thinking someone had given me a spoiler. Believe me, it spoils nothing. In fact, I think someone could go through that film a scene at a time telling you what happens, and watching it would still be a fresh, original and unexpected head fuck. It's ever so good.

I also had the great fortune to see Dusk Til Dawn knowing nothing at all about it other than the recommendation "Watch this film, it's great. I can't remember who's in it, but it's good."
