Actually the FAQ specifically says,"We would much rather see what the dark recesses of your imagination can produce instead."
I think that pretty much covers photoshopping a stretched anal sphincter onto a goats cheese.
EDIT: Checked with a number of leading psychiatrists. It definitely does.
