Virology is pretty cool. I saw a book called something like 'the encyclopedia of viruses' in a library.
It had some great line drawings of various viral capsid shapes, all geometric and stuff.
Forensic toxicology could be good, too I suppose. Mass-spec, peak analysis, that sort of thing.

i've always been fascinated by poisons and viruses
the deadlier, the better. it sounds odd, but i absolutely love the ebola virus, it's an almost perfect killing machine.

The only thing that keeps it contained is the lack of transport infrastructure where it lives.
That ought to be a lesson for the rest of us. It's pretty awesome stuff.
