As someone who has a lap band and is struggling with compulsive eating, I can tell you that "full" takes on a new meaning. Full no longer means "sated". Full is like a glass of water is full. If you put any more in, stuff will spill :-) In theory, you get "sated" more quickly but in practice you try and cram in more than you can handle and you either find yourself in great discomfort or you learn to regurgitate the excess. Since the excess is now mixed with copious amounts of saliva, it's not pretty. Medically induced bulimia 4tw \o/

31kg since Dec `07 for me. Getting serious with it now though. 5 of those 31 in the last 4 weeks. I got a pleasant surprise last night when I noticed the shadows of muscle definition on my shoulders. Haven't seen that in a looong time! Soon I should be able to fit into some shirts that I optimistically bought a while back :)
