If anybody has their own webserver...running on a reasonably safe OS, you can follow the instructions at www.fresh.files2.serveftp.net/ and set up a server that can be spidered by the spammers.
Just have edykiddy's kumpanee's email domain name as the domain name in the list (assuming that it is not his ISP's like btconnect or something) and millions of email addresses will be sporned. Then spidered, then their mail server will clog up with spam.
Simple. Might even work.
