hahaha - now I get it...you see, the woman actually works for the Cheshire Wildlife Trust but the she was pretending to be a removal company which is obviously not the same thing - I doubt if they even have lorries with the suitable cloth wrapping to protect furniture or even bubble wrap ! hehehe
