# Some animals can work in zoos
and some don't

Our male gorilla just died. Given the amount of visitors we get, and that gorillas are very quiet animals in the wild, I simply don't think it's fair or productive to hold them as part of a collection here in London. The public, and countless school parties, generally behave like over excited idiots when observing them, which must freak them out.

Big cats tend to sleep virtually most of the day, and aren't bothered or threatened by us at all

We moved our Red Pandas back to Whipsnade where they have much more peace and quite down to this I guess

Cool, that, unfortunately, is what Zoo's in cities can't provide
