So, there's this thing happening called the "Fforde Fiesta 2008". It's a celebration of the works of surrealist thriller writer Jasper Fforde. Includes vintage bus tours of the roundabouts of Swindon, flying boat races across the swimming pool, Celebrity Name That Fruit! competition, readings by the author and a massive piss up disco (amongst other stuffs). I'm organising the event and hereby invite any b3tans within travelling distance of Swindon to come along and help make things even madder than they promise to be already....
