Mice can be hypnotised by overly complicated machinery - use this to your advantage.

BTW: it's impossible to improve on the good old fashioned mouse trap.
We tried LOADS of different sorts and only caught them with 4 for a pound snap and trap jobs. Use chocolate or peanut butter...
