I think he is acting drunk. He appears to be that crazy.
Or, to put it in his own words, "Well basically i'm a bad wreck head from North Wales and i'm usually causing trouble with Marcus doing things such as getting pissed and setting fire to sheds or randomly going to the airport and leaving the country in a spur of the moment decision... I am definitely special needs and always end up doing mad things so hopefully you enjoy watching them!"
