well I clicked that bit in any case, to say that the link intrigued and interested me, what with having noted the prevalence of drivers of all ages and walks of life texting or calling just as they start to drive or have the slow boring trek through roundabouts and intersections before they get onto a section that is a bit more relaxing - and at this point the road should be safe enough to at least pop a selfie and read b3ta and listen to some popular music! What is this government doing to protect our rights and our freedom to express ourselves!?
