There is an area down by the river with lots of bars (Clarke Quay), and there are usually a few flying around all lit up. But there are pricey, a few hundred Sing $. Made out of light but tough materials so that they don't break when they crash.
A few days ago there was a fireworks display as part of the national day celebrations. Before the fireworks started they had about a dozen of these flying around - sadly one was doing a nose dive spin maneuver & ended up in the river
