Even if most of you inevitably thought the film was shit, nice to see some ostensibly old-fashioned techniques still being put to use. It looked stunning on an IMAX screen.

Nice. I'd assumed it would all be CG these days. I just wish they'd had a few more effects shots, and a few less of McConaughey mumbling something about saving his terrible terrible family.
