Any opinion on the contents?

Like one said "The CIA played RUSSIAN roullette!!!!", but when you look at the text it says the prisoner was threatened with a gun, the Russian roullette part, presumably, is the invention of the author.
Further down it says "The Architects", then puts Dick Cheney front and center, even though he only said allegations were "hooey". I'm not sure that makes him an architect.
In all, there are much better, much less partisan summaries, although it was written by one political party to cast shame on another political party (the last two CIA reports were bi-partisan and unlike this one, actually had recommendations instead of accusations.)
It is clear that terrorists don't follow the Geneva Convention, and I can't imagine the terror and sense of urgency that those involved felt, sitting relatively safely in the middle of the US. I know people who had family die iin the Towers, and have lost members of my training platoon in the conflicts.
It is never pretty.

As it doesn't say RUSSIAN roulette anywhere, it says Russian Roulette it's a proper noun so needs initial caps...
Also the clip of the report under it says Russian Roulette. Heavily redacted of course, but definitely says it.
