A load of Man Utd fans chanting "Racist Bastards", possibly about the chanting by SOME Chelsea fans directed at Anton Ferdinand "Anton Ferdinand, you know what you are"
A photo of a man possibly making a monkey gesture
John Terry, who possibly did call Anton Ferdinand a black cunt
There is plenty of racism, not just in football. Sometimes its a bit more visible when racists are drunk and feeling aggressive.

And the other fans don't seem to do a lot to try and re-educate them. Is letting racism happen racist by implication? Probably not, as these are intimidating and violent thugs, but other clubs have managed to stamp it out a little better.

I've been in pubs before and after games all over the country and I'd say if you think Chelsea fans are in any way worse than the fans of other clubs, you're wrong.
EXCEPT for the anti-semitism directed towards Spurs, which is far worse amongst Chelsea fans. I lost count of the number of times I heard the excuse "They call themselves the Yid Army so it's fair game".

invariably quite pissed with my mates, we haven't burst into Die Fahne hoch or thrown banana skins at black blokes, possibly because we would subsequently get into scuffles among ourselves

Then singing that hitler was a Chelsea fan, several times a game for the last ten years.
Cunts, most of them.

I'd definitely agree that Chelsea fans are the worst for directing anti-Semitism towards Tottenham fans.
I used to go home and away, stopped about 5 years ago when I moved abroad. I don't specifically recall the Hitler chant although I heard plenty of others and the hissing etc up till the mid 0's. I've also been at a Chelsea Spurs game when we were accused of hissing but it was the shushing of late-arrivals for a minute's silence.
