This is a normal post What makes you think it's a van?
The uploader who seems to be very informed calls it a "40-tonne truck" also unless it's on monster truck wheels that ride heights too high for a van.

And if it is 40 tonnes then he's way over the 40mph limit.

I was just going on what I was watching, had jumped to some poor conclusions and had not done my research properly. I should really go and post in the Daily Mail comments section.

Because seeing it against the kid and passing cars / vans it's much higher.
