I'd argue that neither of those inventions result in a 3-ton executive car mowing you down at a billion miles an hour.
Interesting it looks like the more the world can communicate with each other through technological advance the more we realise that everyone is a thick, uncaring tosser and correspondingly the unhappier we are in our existential isolation.
