A producer's dummy
To be fair, she has her producer's questions popping up on her screen which, given the format of a spoken interview, lose any power in seconds. The anchor has the freedom to sometimes wing it - rather badly here. Why producers favour this method over earpieces is anybody's guess. Live interviews must be stressful for all, especially when the anchor is a muppet of the two-sticks-to-work-the-arms/brain variety.
